WooCommerce PayPal Payments
By PayPal
Best for: Every store, as a second option next to a card gateway; PayPal buyers convert better when they see the button.
Overview
PayPal Payments replaced the older PayPal Standard and Checkout plugins and is now the single official integration. It adds smart PayPal buttons to product, cart and checkout pages, Pay Later messaging and buttons, Venmo in the US, and Advanced Card Processing so customers can pay by card without leaving the site. Vaulting saves PayPal and card details for returning buyers, and it supports WooCommerce Subscriptions. US fees are 3.49% + 49¢ for PayPal and Venmo wallet payments and 2.89% + 29¢ for cards, with 1.5% added for international payments.
